A morning post with 4 Smokehouse PAX is a good way to start the day. Also it is a good way to get prepared for a nap when you are off of work for the day. The Thang: Mosey to the stadium for orientation and then down to the field. Partner Up. Partner one starts to run the field with the other Partner ones. Run the perimeter and do 10 Merkins at every corner. When you are running the field all the PAX stay together. Do extra Merkins if needed to keep everyone together. Partner two runs up the stadium steps on the far right, 20 squats at the top, bear crawl the cone, lunge to the next cone, bear crawl to the far left steps, 20 Squats, run down steps and release your partner from the mushy merkin field. When a PAX runs the stadium part he can go as fast as he wants but when he gets to the field he has to stay with the pack. This allows for constant switching of who is on the field at the same time.
