YHC has had an extended absence from the Q sheet at smokehouse and it just so happened that the return Q was on the one year anniversary of YHCs VQ.  So, a quick search of the archives turned up the weinke from that VQ.  YHC decided to reuse some of it, add to it and get rid of other parts.

Partner up and head over the first light pole in the parking lot.

P1 does walking lunges while P2 does 10 hand release merkins.  When done with the merkins, P2 runs up and catches P1 (flap jacks).  Once at the other end plank/people chair

YHC read that if one can hold a plank for 1 minute or more they are basically worthless.  As a remedy to the worthlessness of planks, YHC made them harder

Side plank, raise the top leg if possible

Thread the needle X both sides X AMRAP – while holding yourself up in the side plank, pass the free hand underneath your body like you are trying to get something on the ground behind you.  Then raise that arm up over the body.

Pass leg over top  X both sides X AMRAP –  while holding yourself up in the side plank, pass the top leg back and forth over the leg holding you up.

YHC once had a Saturday Q with some hard core pax and we did a Wheel barrow up the stairs.  It was not easy, so I decided to Q it again.

 

Wheel barrow up the stairs (P1 holds P2’s feet, P2 walks up the stairs on his hands). About half way up there is a landing and the Pax switch. Once at the top of the stairs both partners do 10 merkins. Mosey to the corner and do 10 Australian mountain climbers against the Gym. Mosey back to the stairs and start the circuit over again. .
