16 PAX showed up this morning to get a little better and hopefully have a litte fun. YHC tried to bring some seldom used exercises to the COP to change it up a bit and the PAX seemed to enjoy it!

Mosey around the parking lot and over to the dirt/grassy horseshoe area of the school for COP
5 Burpees OYO
Abe Vigoda x 10 IC
Frankensteins x 10 IC
Morrocan Night Club x 30 IC
Overhead clap x 20 IC
LBC’s x 20 IC
Mosey over to the curb for 2 sets of toe touches and 1 set of curb jumps-1 minute on – 1 minute recover.
Count off by 3’s – 1’s head to the block pile and grab a brick, 2’s and 3’s – 20 BBSU
“Triples” – 1’s – curls for the girls, 2’s run to the end of the breezeway-20 Merkins-run back, 3’s – Peoples chair. Rotate when 2’s get back from run
Rinse and repeat with KB swings and squats instead of peoples chair and curls
Circle up for “Dealers Choice” – each PAX will draw a card and then do the exercise that corresponds to the suite and the number on the card (face cards worth 10, Aces 11, and Jokers Wild)
Spades = Burpees, Clubs = BBSU, Diamonds = diamond Merkins, Hearts = Bobby Hurleys
Mosey back to the blocks for one last set of Triples – Monkey Humpers, Shoulder press and Run w/Merkins
1’s take the blocks back to the block pile while 2’s and 3’s do 30 BBSU
Had about one minute left so Cramps led us in some plank jacks until time was called
