When Moist and YHC came up with the idea of having an AMRAP for CAT, Moist said right from the get-go, that he wanted us to have flexibility. When asked to clarify, he said he had this idea of calling it CAT5 like a hurricane, with the ability to change directions, or do different things. One additional criteria for this AMRAP was that each pax could choose to Walk, Run or Ruck it. No matter which way you do it, it’s going to be tough. Mission Accomplished. This month, the winds changed and YHC made the call to reverse the course. Here’s how it went down:

The pax were instructed to be in the area beneath the bleachers with their block promptly at 5:00am for P&D. One FNG was recognized.
Directly by this area are the stairs that lead directly to the top of the Press Box. Climb those stairs. Upon reaching the top, 21 merkins, and 21 LBC’s. Go down opposite stairway. These stairs go down to the top of the stadium seating. Continue down the stairs into the stadium. Once you reach the bottom, turn back to go back to original starting point. Once there, using your block, 21 Curls for the Girls, and 21 Shoulder presses. That is one lap. Start the next lap increasing the exercise reps by 1. Get as many laps as possible in allotted time. The pax were treated to a special playlist compliments of YHC. T-Claps to Ken Doll and Surf for use of the speaker.
