Mosey to stairs nearest pull-up bars
Complete 7’s of “Bad Ideas” (1 lunge each leg and one squat=1 rep) and BBSU’s
6 Bad Ideas, 1 BBSU
Run up stairs
5 Bad Ideas, 2 BBSU’s
Run down stairs
Rinse and repeat until you complete 1 Bad Idea and 6 BBSU’s
Mosey back to track
Burpee broad jump the corner of the track
Then sprint back to shovel flag
