Broken Weinke Experiment

YHC had to improvise his Weinke today. It’s true, this happens to many of us when we decide to Q, but this wasn’t because YHC forgot his plan. Nope, one of our senior leaders decided to run more after Stride lite and did not come back for BC, which is completely out of character for him. He forgot to inform one of us about his plans, so naturally all PAX were freaking out. So, the Weinke had to be changed a little so that we could look for him. All’s well that ends well though. He came back like a pet that wanders off for a couple of days and returns to relieved owners, looking at us like he wanted to talk about all the crazy adventures he had. Meanwhile, we don’t know whether to hug him or put this on his permanent F3 record. It’s a wonderful thing to have people in your life that care about and would do anything for you, even change their Weinke. F3 is more than a workout, that is proven literally every day.

Conditions:

The Thang:

Mosey to pull up shelter:
Pull ups x 5
Merkins x 25
Run around volleyball court

Rinse and repeat x 2

Mosey to soccer field adjacent to Duffie Dr.:

At goal line, Bear Crawl to middle of field
At midfield, Merkins x 50
Bear crawl rest of the way to the fence.
At fence, Merkins x 25

Mosey to lower soccer field in “the hole”
PAX split into two groups
*1st group does dips on the bench until 2nd group returns
*2nd group runs up the hill and does 50 squats, then runs to the tree line and does 50 calf raises and runs back to first group.
*Groups switch and conduct the other exercise

Mosey to big light pole at corner of main soccer field

Lunge to next big light pole, stop and walk to next light pole. Rinse and repeat until you reach the far corner

At shelter:

PSA 1: Stay sage while at Stride, or SL. Always wear reflective gear, lights, etc that make it obvious you are there. Also, always let someone know where you are going and when you will come back.

PSA 2: Remember who and what you represent when you wear a F3 shirt, etc at ruck events, races, etc. Apparently, there is social media chatter about F3 members being jerks at these events. You never know how true rumors are, we just need to make sure we are always looked at in a positive light.
