YHC graduated from Gilbert HS back in the day, and hasn’t really been back. That changed today! It was a fun workout filled with lots of good mumble chatter and fellowship. YHC was aware of the PAX’s allergies to a “warm up” and SSH’s… so it was exploited.
Lot’s of hard work was put in by all. YHC will probably be back. Goat hill looks fun.

Mosey to block pile, all PAX grab a block, line up at lighted cones
Bear Hauls to 1st set of lights (roughly 25 yards) — bear hauls consist of PAX and partner hauling a block between them in a bear crawl. Flap jack after getting to the lights to even out the arm work.
1’s hold block over head, walk/mosey to second set of lights (roughly 50 yards) and back. 2’s are doing squats, flap jack until the team does 300
Bear Hauls again
1’s lunge to first set of lights. 2’s perform napalms, flap jack until the team does 100 (this sucked hard)
Sprint down and back to 2nd set of lights
Sprint down and back to 2nd set of lights
1’s karaoke (facing school) to first set of lights, switch and face hill to second set of lights. Sprint back. 2’s LBC, flap jack until team does 200
Time’s up, back to the flag.
