Thursday 1-3-19:
Warm ups- SSH x 20 IC, TTT x 10 IC, Arm Circles x 10 forward/backwards
Suicide Evolutions:
Evolution #1- in parking lot
4 cones, first cone 5 x exercise, 2nd cone 10 x exercise, 3rd cone 15 x exercise, last cone 20 x exercise. Return to starting point after each exercise.
Round 1- merkins, Round 2- squats, round 3- Crunches
Evolution #2- on side road hill
3 cones, first cone 5 x exercise, 2nd cone 10 x exercise, 3rd cone 15 x exercise. Return to starting point after each exercise.
Round 1- burpees, Round 2- flutter kicks
Evolution #3- Get blocks, go to Basketball court
4 cones, first cone 5 x exercise, 2nd cone 10 x exercise, 3rd cone 15 x exercise, last cone 20 x exercise. Return to starting point after each exercise.
Round 1- over head press, Round 2- curls, round 3- squats

Get Blocks, Grab partner…
Partner 1 Suicides on the “Principal”, Partner 2 farmer carry both blocks round track and then switch.
Round 1- flutter kicks, 10/15/20
Round 2- Squats, 10/15/20
Round 3- Over Head press with block (partner 2 just runs lap no block)
