Arm Day At Detention

Over the last few Q’s YHC could hear the block pile calling, begging to be used. Rumble gave them a tease last Thursday, but you could tell more was to be had. This led to a Monday late night winkie of punishment. Here’s how it went for the 14 PAX in attendance…

The Thang:

  • Mosey to the basketball courts and circle up
    • SSH x 25 IC
    • TTT x 25 IC
    • LBAC Forwards x 25 IC
    • LBAC Reverse x 25 IC
    • Imperial Walkers x 25 IC
    • Squats x 25 OYO
    • Merkins x 25 OYO
  • Mosey to the block pile, grab a block, and return the the basketball courts
    • Line up along the side of the court closest to the pile and face the fence
    • YHC calls out an exercise, first one was Merkins, and the PAX did the following:
      • Position 1 (edge of court)- 12 reps
      • Position 2 (first basketball goals)- 10 reps
      • Position 3 (second basketball goals)- 8 reps
      • Position 4 (other side of court) – 6 reps
    • Rinse and repeat going back and fourth across the court doing Curls for the Girls, Overhead Press, Tricep Extensions, Rows, Chest Press.
  • Move blocks out of the way, partner up
    • Each partner heads to opposite ends of the basketball courts.
    • At the Q’s command they sprint towards one another, complete an exercise, then sprint back towards the courts edge. Exercises where:
      • BBSUs x 20
      • Cross Body Sit Ups x 20
      • LBCs x 20
      • Freddy Mercurys x 20
  • PAX return to their blocks and line up along the side of the court closest to the pile and face the fence
    • YHC called out an exercise, first one was Merkins, and the PAX did the following:
      • Position 1 (edge of court)- 6 reps
      • Position 2 (first basketball goals)- 5 reps
      • Position 3 (second basketball goals)- 4 reps
      • Position 4 (other side of court) – 3 reps
    • Rinse and repeat going back and fourth across the court doing Curls for the Girls, Overhead Press, Tricep Extensions, Rows, Chest Press.
  • Return the blocks to the pile and jail break to the shovel flag
