10 Pax did the harder thing and ran this morning. YHC had to do his trademark Dunphy route to Shank/GreenMile to say “Heeeyyyyy” to the ladies of FiA. Escape route a plenty and bowel friendly route unlike the Wander route. Rumor was pax had to fertilize a bush. All pax returned safely and recounted bowel movement stories from the run.

Left on Duffie,
Fly By Shank (2x Big Loops adds 1 mile) (No Loops will make route 5miles),
Duffie to Left on Hendrix,
Left on GEORGE, Right on Hwy1/378,
Right on W. Butler,
Left on Meetze,
Right on 378, Right on N. Lake back to Shovel Flag
