Three PAX show up on this beautiful Mother’s Day morning with the hopes of getting better. YHC arrived to find a basically empty parking lot as no one showed for SL. Although, Ebert was putting in some early work by doing some farmers carries with bells around the parking lot. YHC should have joined since there was 15 minutes to go but decided to lay on bench instead. The 2 of us were about to start when Katniss comes in hot. After a minute to settle in we got down to business.

We made it through 3 complete cycles before time ran out. We likely could have done 4 but the mumble chatter slowed us down a bit. No worries though, hard work was done! T-claps to Ebert on his Tri yesterday and for posting this morning!
