Good to get back out there and lead again.  Things had to be altered somewhat as rolling around on the football field apparently makes you very dizzy…at least the music was good though.

Weather:  71 degrees with a slight drizzle at the end

The Thang:

Mosey to field and circle up at center

(20) side straddle hop IC (Thanks Floppy)

(20) through the tunnel IC

(20) merkins OYO

(20) Big boy sit-ups OYO

Count off by 2’s.

Line up along sideline.

1’s roll to other sideline and sprint back.  (ended up rolling to halfway point and lunged the rest of the way)

2’s plank until 1’s return

1’s bear crawl to other sideline and sprint back.

2’s do People’s Chair

1’s bunny hop to other sideline and sprint back.

2’s do merkins

1’s backpedal to other sideline and sprint back.

2’s do jump squats

Line up at goal line, 100 yard suicides.  Merkins at goal line starting at (1) until we get to (10).

Head to the bleachers.  Run up and down…(10) tricep extensions at top and (10) decline merkins at bottom.

Run back up and down…(5) LBC’s at the top.

Mosey to center circle on the field….plank until I get back.

Ring of Fire.  (1) Burpee every time you hear “Fire”.  Apparently Johnny Cash is not appreciated these days.

Circle of Truth until time is up.
