Tha Thang:
Walk with block to 1st light post and do 25 chest presses IC, continue towards Boneyard Hill and do 25 overhead presses IC. Slowzy with block to student parking lot and do 20 bent over rows IC. Walk back to bottom of boneyard hill and do 20 squats with the block.
Exercise #1 – Block swings (20 reps in 45 seconds)
Exercise #2 – Merkins (20 reps in 45 seconds)
Exercise #3 – Squats (20 reps in 45 seconds)
Exercise #4 – Curls for the Girls (20 reps in 45 seconds)
Exercise #5 – LBC (20 reps in 45 seconds)
Reduce rep count by 2 for round 2. Continue through as many rounds as time permits. Head back to block pile at 5:40a. Drop off blocks. Slowzy back to flag.

Jesus described the church as salt and light. Essential ingredients for human well-being. Can you imagine what the world would be like without them?
The singer and songwriter, Rich Mullins, once said, “Faith without works is like a song you can’t sing.”
Jesus calls the local church to play a vital role in bringing life to its community. To fulfil this calling effectively, it’s importankt to maintain our distinctiveness.
In the book, When Helping Hurts, Brian Fikkert writes, “We cannot hope for the transformation of people without the involvement of the local church and the verbal proclamation of the gospel that has been entrusted to it.”
This passage helps us realize the urgency of our calling. Jesus spells out the purpose of the Church as the bringer of God’s gifts, without which true life is impossible.
While the world grows darker and blander, how do we continue to shine? How do we maintain our flavor?
