YHC always enjoys a run with #TheHerd. At the suggestion of Nail Pop, the crazy game of #ManDice got some more pain added to it. Burpees for doubles & full Big Boy Situps in place of LBC’s were the modification for today’s workout. Fate decided we shouldn’t do anything more than the dice, however, as 2 & 3 eluded us. Lastly, for the record, the state flower of Oklahoma is the Oklahoma Rose (that’s a shot at YHC’s love of trivia, courtesy of RW).

1 pax rolls dice. Kettlebell & cinder block are passed to the right of the roller. Dealer’s choice on exercise using the reps from the dice roll.
Doubles = Burpees for all
We each rolled the dice at least 6 times. The average roll is a 7 (6 ways to roll w/ 2 dice). 42 rolls * 7 average reps = ~294 reps
Add in the #SirenBurpee tradition of @F3Jumanji & we’re just north of 300. Nice work, men.
As mentioned before, we never rolled the 2 or 3, so we had to manufacture those reps before time was called. We tempted fate & she did not deliver us from the never-ending 7’s.
