On the second day of Surgemas, my Q gave to me: 2 karaokes, and a Bear Crawl to the half court.
On the third of Surgemas, my Q gave to me: 3 block man makers (2 karaokes, 1 Bear Crawl).
On the fourth day of Surgemas, my Q gave to me: 4 Squats with Blocks (3 BMM, 2 K, 1 BC).
On the fifth day of Surgemas, my Q gave to me: 5 BURPEES! (4 Squats with Blocks, 3 BMM, 2 K, 1 BC).
On the sixth day of Surgemas, my Q gave to me: 6 BB Sit Ups (5 Burpees, 4 Squats w/blocks, 3 BMM, 2 K, 1 BC).
On the seventh day of Surgemas, my Q gave to me: 7 CFGs (6 BBS, 5 Burpees, 4 Squats w/blocks, 3 BMM, 2 K, 1 BC).
On the eighth day of Surgemas, my Q gave to me: 8 Chain Breakers, (7 CFGs, 6 BBS, 5 Burpees, 4 Squats w/blocks, 3 BMM, 2 K, 1 BC).
On the ninth day of Surgemas, my Q gave to me: 9 OH Presses, (8 Chain Breakers, 7 CFGs, 6 BBS, 5 Burpees, 4 Squats w/blocks, 3 BMM, 2 K, 1 BC).
On the tenth day of Surgemas, my Q gave to me: 10 Flutter Crunches, (9 OH Presses, 8 Chain Breakers, 7 CFGs, 6 BBS, 5 Burpees, 4 Squats w/blocks, 3 BMM, 2 K, 1 BC).
On the eleventh day of Surgemas, my Q gave to me: 11 Block Tricep Extension, (10 Flutter Crunches, 9 OH Presses, 8 Chain Breakers, 7 CFGs, 6 BBS, 5 Burpees, 4 Squats w/blocks, 3 BMM, 2 K, 1 BC).
On the twelfth day of Surgemas, my Q gave to me: 12 Cherry picker heel touches, (11 Block Tricep Extension, 10 Flutter Crunches, 9 OH Presses, 8 Chain Breakers, 7 CFGs, 6 BBS, 5 Burpees, 4 Squats w/blocks, 3 BMM, 2 K, 1 BC).
