It had been a while since YHC had Q’d a workout so where else to Q at than where it all started almost 3 years ago for YHC at The Hollow.

Conditions: 73 with a nice little breeze

SSH x 15 IC
Burpees x 5 OYO
TTT x 15 IC
Burpees x 4 OYO
LBAC x 15 IC
Burpees x 3 OYO
Squat x 15 IC
Burpees x 2 OYO
IW x 15 IC
Burpees x 1 OYO

Partner up and mosey to the block pile to grab one block for each pair

Mosey to soccer field for 4 corners
As a pair, you have 300 of each exercise, each corner is a different exercise
While P1 runs around the field, P2 performs exercise until 300 reps are complete, then move to next corner
Exercises:
Corner 1: Curls for the Girls
Corner 2: Block Squats
Corner 3: LBCs w/ block
Corner 4: OH Press

Recover and put up blocks and head back to SF
