Partner up and find a nice spot on the field for the “NO RUNNING” part of the workout. YHC set a repeating timer for 1 minute. The groups of 2 had to complete 10 burpees combined every minute for 20 minutes. For a total of 200 burpees per group for those who may not be mathematically inclined.
We then created a plank circle (feet in the center) for a bear crawl ring of fire.
