13 pax joined under the post-Valentines lights to square off against each other in a classic game of ultimate frisbee. YHC was surprised to see Shag out there. Knowing he’s still a newly wed, YHC figured he had planned a whirl wind trip to Paris for dinner, but it sounds like those plans are for tonight. Something about chicken with ham & cheese….he may have a few extra people for dinner tonight.

6 vs 7 doesn’t sound like much, but it was enough pax on an appropriate sized field to keep it interesting. Team 1 had an extra man for 45 minutes, but after the first 30 minutes, Team 2 had figured out the game plan. P7 may have been whispered by Pinot. The 1st half of the game was plagued by over throws, under throws, misdirections, dropped passes, but the team continued to let YHC play. Pinot & Booster kept the defense strong with Team 2, while Team 1 barreled down the field again & again. Cheddar had some beautiful throws, but you just can’t make an Olive jump that high. The score was so high that YHC lost count along the way. It may have been 17-14, or was 19-13. Regardless, we all had a lot of fun, and there were not any reports of injury.
