That’s right, “Back to School” and the infamous Triple Lindy. It was either that or Spicolli. YHC thinks YHC chose wisely.

Side lunges accross the road and back
Single leg switch jumps (like all you “glory days” stories from school, you had to be there)
3 sets of Triple Upsies:
5 pull ups
10 BBSU
20 Squats
To the big stairs for Triple Elevensies:
11 Jump squats
On way up stairs stop at platform for 11 LBCs
To top of the stairs 1 Merkin
On way down stairs stop at platform for 11 LBCs
Rinse and repeat, each trip decreasing jump squats by 2 and increasing Merkin by 2. LBCs remain at 11. Stop after hitting 1 jump squat and 11 Merkin
