7 pax braved the near 100% humidity this morning at the Roost. Since several pax will be taking part in the Bourbon Chase in Kentucky this weekend, YHC promised we would go light on the legs. What we were left with ended up being a beat down. Here’s how it went:
Conditions: 75 and HUMID
Head over to the blocks for each pax to grab one. Mosey down to stop sign and turn left, stopping at first light pole. Circle up
SSH x 15 (IC)
TTT x 10 (IC)
IW x 10 (IC)
1 lap around the school (a little over a mile)
(perform exercises in reps/rounds of your choosing)
100 Chest Presses
200 Block Merkins
200 Block Dips (block up on curb)
1 lap around the school
When YHC came up with this plan, YHC wondered if additional exercises would be needed at the end. Not the case. Some pax finished the final lap around the school while others finished on the track. There was no easy way to get through all these reps. Upper body is smoked right now. Solid work by all this morning under August like conditions.
