6 pax posted at Wander for a return trip to TheHook because, as we know, It’s “The Hook brings you back!” according to John Popper and Blues Traveler. The starting point was TurningPoint (Midway Elementary) from the front parking lot. There were hills, and a few more hills…. it was a little hilly. But a pleasant morning to #GetBetter.
Conditions: 60s and a little sunrise at the end.
The Thang:
Depart from the parking lot down Midway Road toward Andrew Corley.
Take a right on Andrew Corley Road.
Continue down Andrew Corley Rd to Oliver Metze and take right.
Climb up the hill up Oliver Metze and turn left on Sugar Hill – This time we added in a little Indian-Shuffle.
Stay on Sugar hill to the dead end and back out (Completing the Hook).
Return to Oliver Metze and continue down the hill back to the Starting point – This time we added in some “rucks in front” to the top of the hill on Oliver Meetze.

Pace = 16:00 ish /mile
