The Anti HC Workout

Conditions: 46 and chilly, luckily not a drop of rain in sight. Surprising after it poured regrets, excuses, and tummy aches the night before – you know who you are.

Disclaimer: Sorry F3Nation YHC did not give one today. Those present today know YHC is not a professional. No one was injured except YHC who almost broke an ankle due to the deteriorating roads and lack of proper lighting but home is home.

COP/ The Thang:

Grab two cinder blocks (yes, two). Circle up:

  • TTT x 10 IC
  • 1 Burpee
  • LAC x 10 IC (forwards only)
  • 2 Burpees
  • IW x 10 IC
  • 3 Burpees
  • Hillbilly x 10 IC
  • 4 Burpees – you see the pattern??
  • LAC x 10 IC (backwards only)
  • 5 Burpees
  • Curls for the Girls x 10 IC
  • 6 Burpees
  • Benchpress x 20 IC
    • Use the second block to lay on

  • 7 Burpees
  • Bent Over Rows x 10 IC
  • 8 Burpees
  • LBC’s x10 IC on two blocks (more space to lay on!)
  • 9 Burpees
  • Overhead Press x 15 IC
  • Cusack block 1 minute
  • 10 Burpees

Mosey down the hill. By “mosey” I mean walk and scope out a shady vehicle pulling in that wasn’t Roll Tide.

After the coast is clear mosey (for real this time) to the next entrance. 10 Merkins and 20 Monkey Humpers OYO.

To end this workout and to commemorate YHC’s use of a sweatshirt AND a hoody the PAX performed an “ICE RUN.” This was experimental in nature and the details will not be disclosed. It was like an indian run but not really, but kinda.
