13 + a runner joined YHC for a spooktacular Hallows Eve morning BC where we enjoyed Tabatas for breakfast. To reduce the mumble chatter, we took a lap for a warm up. I was unable to find a safe space for those who didn’t approve of the run.
Back to the block pile/pull up bars and grab a block.
Same crappy, random iheart music was played for my enjoyment.
We then did 7 sets of each with a 10 second rest between reps and 45 seconds between each exercise:
15 seconds for Merkins
30 seconds for The Squat
30 seconds for curls
20 seconds for OH presses (these were popular)
30 second Mountain Climbers
30 seconds for Bent Over Rows (last minute change from more curls)
45 Seconds for Flutter Kicks and time ran out.
