Keep It Simple

10 Pax awoke from the fart sack for a YHC led smoke session.  I decided to bring it back to the basics and remind the Pax that simple is effective.  Mission accomplished!  My abs are still sore while writing ✍️ this.

  • Conditions – 60 deg and pleasant
  • Warm up
    • SSH x 20 IC
    • OHAC x 20 IC
    • RR x 20 IC
    • IW x 20 IC
    • TTT x 15 IC
  • Work out 💪
    • 100 pull-ups- perform max reps per set.  Run 🏃 200 meters between each set
    • 200 merkins – perform max reps per set. Run 🏃 200 meters between each set.
    • 300 BBSU – perform max reps per set. Run 🏃 200 meters between each set.
