YHC Had the Q for the men of Roost on a fine Tuesday morning. I have always enjoyed Q’ing at this AO, as it is a challenge to find anything that pushes these animals. So a plan was set, and 4 PAX including YHC were here to enjoy it. This is what happened.

Mosey to top of Suicide Hill
20 SSH IC
20 Merkins OYO
20 IW IC

Grab a repulsively heavy block and regard the hill
starting at Speedbump at top of hill…
10 curls, carry down to next bump
10 OHP, carry to next bump
10 block squats, carry to next illuminated street light
10 Narwahls (flutter kick/chest press combo)
Carry block back up to top of hill
repeat with 9 reps, then 8,7…until at one rep was the plan, although time was called at 3-4.
Replace blocks and mosey back to flag for Mary, which was handled by Toothpick
count off, announcements, closing prayer
