9 PAX met under a full moon ready to shake off the holiday weekend rust. We started with SSH x14, TTT x14, and LAC x14 before heading to the planter boxes for a cycle of Decline Mercans (x10), Incline Mercans (x15), Dips (x20), and LBCs (x25). A short mosey to the football field, and the main course was served. BURPEECIDES. Starting from one goal line, suicides were run at 5-yard increments all the way down the field and all the way back – with a burpee at every stop, of course. 80 burpees and 2.3 miles later, all PAX were happy to see the clock strike 6:00am.

Prayers for Powerpole’s neighbor and son (early-20s). Son is entering final year of college and got mugged last week. Lucky to be alive. Major eye and leg surgery in the near future. May have to drop out of school for the foreseeable future.
