B.O.M.B.S. Away at Strut!

It has been a long time, since YHC led the Strut Brigade into the gloom.  Today, 7 pax posted on a near-perfect day to find out what was in store.

Mosey to the concession stand for a brief warm-up, which consisted of:

Little baby arm circles forward X 10 IC

Little baby arm circles backward X 10 IC

TTT X 15 IC

Imperial Walkers X 15 IC

Flutter Kicks X 15 IC

SSH X 15 IC

The Thang:

Partner up for the BOMBS!     Pax 1, run to the top of the stairs that lead to the upper parking lot (like Rocky Balboa) and back to the concession stand.  Pax 2, begin 50 burpees.  Flapjack for a total of 50 Burbees for each team.  Process continues until each team has completed 100 Overhead claps, 100 merkins, 100 Big Boy sit-ups, and 100 Squats.  The 3-man team added 25 burbees and 50 to the other exercises.

Mosey to the Rockpile and keep your partner.  Pick 1 small rock + 1 large rock.  Pax 1 (large rock), begins AMRAPS of chest press.  Pax 2 (small rock) Lunge walk with overhead press to the stairs and back.  This quickly turned into a zombie walk.

Finally, all the pax completed 2 minute AMRAPS of bent over rows, and skull crushers, followed by a Lumbee (Indian) run to the SH.
