Everyone remained in the circle at this point. No exploring the relatively new AO today. The plan for the remaining time was 1 Minute AMRAP everything in sight. The list went something like this:
Mtn. Climbers, Flutter Kicks, Wide Merkins, 6 inches, High Plank, Low Plank, Alternate between 45 deg and 90 deg, Diamond Merkins, Hello Dolly, Side Plank R and L, Rosalita, Merkins, Boat/Canoe, Squats, Raise the Roof, Calf Raises, Parking lot sprints, Burpees
COT and BOM
Amrap is as hard as you want to make it… hopefully the pax pushed to failure on each exercise.
