11 PAX and 2 runners bare the cold for a surprise trick or treat Q hosted by YHC. Would there be candy? Would there be prizes for the best costume? We would soon find out.
The first trick as YHC as the Q. The first treat was finally having *someone* bring the Shovel Flag home.
Conditions: Cold, very cold. Something like 45 and spooky.
Disclaimer: The usual, nothing exciting but necessary with this group.
COP:
- TTT x 10 IC
- LAC x 10 IC (forwards and backwards)
- In true Sir Topham fashion, showed up 2 minutes late which means a fun 10 merkin penalty for all (another treat (or trick)! Side note: at this point Pothole (absent, #posttesttaper) would have wept at some of the merkins being performed
- IW x 10 IC
EXTENDED COP
To get the blood flowing in the cold weather the PAX headed to the track for a 50-60% speed around the track followed by 20 merkins, 20 big boys, and 20 mountain climbers. Rinse and Repeat at a 75% speed.
The Treat:
Every PAX gets a block and circles up for some circuit work. The following was done by the PAX in a row (shout to Spirit Pothole for the artwork, absent but still present).
The goal was 3X through the circuit, the PAX opted for 2X through the circuit with a longer than usual mary and boy are we glad we did BECAUSE:

Each PAX picked an exercise started with YHC (rosalita, naturally), Phonebooth (Flutters, obviously), Penthouse (20 Merkins OYO, WHAT?!?), so on and so forth. Our beloved Lumbergh was the 9th PAX in line and was watering at the mouth to call Boat Canoe. Moose stole all of Lumbergh’s halloween candy by calling Boat Canoe before him – literally leaving Lumbergh speechless (going down in Depot history). Lumbergh with some suggestion called Canoe Boat, not the same but good effort.
