Summer is in full effect with pax venturing out on vacations, so 3 faithful pax posted at The Roost Thursday morning. 3-4 pax has become the norm at this AO so if you haven’t posted in awhile get your six back out there. Here’s what you missed:
Conditions: Upper 60s and actually nice
Tha Thang:
Head down to block pile and triangle up.
SSH (IC) x 10
TTT (IC) x 10
IW (IC) x 10
Grab a block, hidden jump rope, and speaker for some Hip Hop BBQ.
Pax 1 will run to bottom of suicide hill and back to start. Pax 2 completes AMRAP of block exericse. Pax 3 completes AMRAP of called exercise. Once Pax 1 returns, pax rotate through until all 3 have completed run, block exercise, and other exercise. Rinse and repeat but cut run to middle speed bump. Move on to next set of exercises.
