35 Pax showed up for the 1,000 rep/ice bucket challenge at Graveyard.

The Pax were led to the practice field where they each found their own concrete block and brick to become friends with for the next 45 minutes. The 1,000 rep challenge was designed to pay respect to Individuals diagnosed with ALS. The average lifespan of an individual diagnosed with ALS is 1,000 days.

The Pax moseyed to our ice bucket location in front of the concession stands and questions were being asked immediately. They were informed of their 1,000 rep challenge accomplishment and their pending ice bucket challenge. They were asked to represent F3 Nation by donating $3 to the ALSA research foundation and to check out Peter Frates’ story about the Ice bucket challenge. Then, the Pax challenged all Lexington AOs to complete the 1,000 rep challenge and Ice Bucket challenge along and make their $3 donation by visiting www.alsa.org and clicking on the donate hyperlink.

Prayer Requests: Panty Hose’s mom’s funeral service will be Saturday morning at 11am at Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Church. The family will receive visitors in the church gym immediately after the service. Brokestrong has a friend who has been diagnosed with ALS. Bulldog’s uncle is having skin cancer treatments in Texas. Netflix has a family member who has given birth to premature babies and lost one. No Help’s Dad is doing well after a heart procedure.
