Merkin on blocks (10 hands on block low as can go)

3reps of 10 Skull crushers
3 reps of 21’s
The 3rd Leg (named by me)
=Bernie Sanders up the hill 10 Merkin at the top run back down switch with your partner and do squats till your partner returns. Do this 3 times.
