10 men braved the chill to get better in Whoville.
COP: SSH, Through the Tunnel (both IC). L/R quad and calf stretches. High knees and buttkicks (IC). Plank-15 SLOW/fast Merkens IC-Plankjacks IC- Mountain Climbers IC. Ab pleaser: 20 Bigboy situps up hill; 30 LBCs OYO; 20 Bigboy situps up hill. Crabwalk up the parking lot. Crazy Crab IC 25+.
The Thang:
Whoville- Plank in a circle around the nicely lit neighborhood Christmas lights at the head of the parking lot. Bear crawl around, 1 at a time (3 at a time towards the end) while others hold plank. Crowdpleaser.
Indian Run to the back of the neighborhood, making 2 stops along the way to do Burpees (10); Lunges (10 each leg); and Imperial Walker (20 oyo)- first stop and then Plank; Merkens (20 oyo); Plankjacks 30; and Squats 30- second stop. Charged up the hill on Foot Point, and moseyed down. Same stops on the way back, but this time we did High knees IC; Broad Jumps; Lunges; Iron Crosses 15 at first stop and Hand-release Merckens; low plank, and 20 Jump Squats at the second. Moseyed back to the circle where we did Flutterkicks for 90 seconds to finish it off.
Work was done today.
