5 posted at Brickpile to begin the week strong.  Circuits galore.  Here’s the THANG!

Conditions:  48 degrees and perfect Fall morning for a workout!

Mosey back to the back parking lot and circle up.

20 SSH (IC)

10 Mercans (IC)

15 LBC’s (IC)

20 Squats (IC)

Grab a block and circle up.  This is the warm up for what’s about to go down.  All exercise IC and 5 reps.  Moon River caught up quickly saying, “he’s setting us up for something”.

Incline Mercans

Curls

Goblet Squats

Military Press

Cusack to the goal post that is parallel to the school.  Line up on the end line.

Circuit 1:

10 reps of Incline Mercans, Curls, Goblet Squats, and Military Press.  Run the entire length of the field and back.

15 reps.  Run down and back.

20 reps.  Run down and back.

25 reps.  Run down and back.

Circuit 2:

10 reps of Incline Bench Press, Curls, Goblet Squats, and LBC’s.  Run the entire length of the field and back.

15 reps.  Run down and back.

20 reps.  Run down and back.

25 reps.  Run down and back.

Circuit 3:

10 reps of LBC’s, Curls, and Flutter Kicks with the Block overhead.  Run the entire length of the field and back.

15 reps.  Run down and back.

20 reps.  Run down and back.

25 reps.  Run down and back.

Put the blocks up and mosey back to the Flag (or no flag).
