The following is an on-the-fly Q modify:
Bataan Death March (Burpee “Catch Me if You Can” Indian Run) around and to the top end of football field
Split into two groups
Bear Crawl Snake to mid-field
Forward Lunge 25 yards
Backwards Lunge 25 yards
Bataan Death March around the field, back to end line
Bear Crawl Snake, two groups
Lunge Walk 50 yards+ (OUCH!)
Bataan Death March all over the DHS grounds to the benches under the oak. (Pax conquered some previously undiscovered territory.)
Seated Reverse Crunches x 25 (OYO)
Dips x 25 (OYO)
Big Boy Sit-Ups x 25 (OYO)
Flutter Kicks- Regular/Fast/Slow x 25 (IC)
Lunge Walk for 1 minute
Jail Break
