Raise the Roof w/ bricks, overhead press w/ block, Russ. twists on block w/ bricks., all IC x 20

Squats, calf raises on block, curls, BBSU’s all IC x 20

Triceps Exts., Overhead Exts., Rows, all x 20 IC,  21’s, LBC’s x 20, IC

Incline Merks, Decline Merks, Balance Merks, all IC x 20

Wood Chops, High PUlls, Pick up/ Put DOwn, Flutter Kick & Press x 20
