Grab a block and two bricks and mosey to Tombee
Curls for the girls
Stroll down Tombee with bricks and complete 5 burpees at the speed bump. Continue down Tombee and stop at Tombee Court to do the following:
Lunge walk 2 house
Continue the run with bricks to Trimblestone and do 15 of the following:
Rinse and repeat. Two circuits were completed.
