Mosey to retaining walls, Bookworm leads some wall climbing fun. Do 20 sumo squats OYO, climb the wall, do 20 merkins, climb the wall, do 5 burpees. Duck walk down and do merkins until all are finished. Rinse and repeat. Great friendly competition by Zuckerberg pushing Spacejam. Or the other way around. Not sure. YHC was struggling just to keep them in sight. Zuckerberg I must say, no matter what he is going through, has always been really positive to the guys. And he always gets the six to encourage them to finish. TCLAPS to him.
Indian run all the across the park to the paved trail. Let’s do a ladder. Under the first bridge do 10 merkins, 10 BBSU, 10 squats. Mosey to the next bridge. Do 20 merkins, 20 BBSU, 20 squats. Mosey to the next bridge. Do 30 merkins, 30 BBSU, 30 squats. Mosey back to the 2nd bridge. Do 20 merkins, 20 BBSU, 20 squats. Mosey back to the first bridge. Time was running out so we got a free pass, just like Jesus gave us a free pass.

AAR: Training Wheels is always a great leader. Bookworm did an awesome job for his first Q. As everyone who steps up he will gain experience as he continues to Lead. And, from me, not enough burpees!!

Again Bookworm is beasting it and crushing those emotional and physical walls. He receives his F3 wristband today courtesy of our Rock Hill brothers. Each program guy gets one after their first Q. Giggles showed up for COT and COP. And with our special FNG she will receive a shirt and hopefully continue to shadow dad to the circle. Also, we must pray hard for our fellow Christians and fellow humans in the program. I went through it successfully. Its long, hard and difficult to see the end result. But it can be done. I wouldn’t have succeeded without these circles and I am so humbled to be such a big part of these guys lives and their recovery. Several “alumni” have vanished or have fallen. We must try and pray they can feel those holes left by addiction.
