Throwin’ Bricks at the Shed

13 Pax ventured behind the Shed for a muggy, brick-throwing #BeatDown with YHC.

The Thang: After the Disclaimer, we took a mosey to the back of the school for a #crowdpleasing COP: SSH x 20 IC, IW’s x 20 IC, Frankenstiens x 20 IC, Low Country Crabs x 20 IC, Merkins x 20 IC, Squats x 20 IC, BBSU’s x 15 IC, Superman’s on YHC’s count, Raise the Roofs x 20 IC, Wide Arm Merkins x 15 IC, LBC’s x 20 IC, Carolina Dry Dock’s x 15 IC, Diamond Merkins x 15 IC, Russian Twists x 20 IC

Partner up and mosey to brick cage.  One block and 2 bricks per partner group.  Mosey back to playground behind school for an alternating series of partner exercises with P1 staying at the wall and P2 running to the playground:

Round 1) P1 AMRAP on calf raises on block holding bricks, while P2 runs to playground and does 10 pull ups, 20 decline merks and 30 dips. P2 runs back and Flap Jacks.

Round 2) P1 AMRAP BBSU’s with feet in block and holding bricks, while P2 runs to playground and does 10 pull ups, 20 inclince merks and 30 dips. Flap Jacks.

Round 3) P1 Balance Merkins with block balanced on bricks, alternating with Curls for the Girls w/ block, while P2 runs to playground and does 10 pull ups, 20 raise the roofs  and 30 squats. Flap Jacks.

Round 4) P1 people’s chair with feet on block, while P2 does 10 raise the roofs w/bricks, throws bricks, bear crawls to bricks and continues in this manner until reaching the playground and then does, you guessed it, 10 pulls ups, then run back with bricks.   Flap Jacks

Return the bricks and blocks to the cage and mosey back to parking lot.
