The Dreaded Curve

6 PAX posted this morning in the gloom of #sandlot.  Decided to roll on out of the warm fartsack, take the morning redpill and do this thing we call F3! This morning was starting to feel like it was December and getting closer to those cold winter mornings.  Even though it 36 degrees, it was still colder then most mornings we’ve had so far. But no worry, the PAX would only stay cold for a short while!

The Thang:

Jog over to grab cinder blocks and circle up behind baseball field.

COP:

SSH x 20 IC

Imperial Walkers x 20 IC

Squats x 10 IC

Merkins x 10 IC

Flutter Kicks x 20 IC

Alt Leg Raise Merkins x 10 IC

Plank Jacks x 10 IC

Line up in front of fence. Lunge Walk to each Light Pole (4 stops = approx. 80 yrds.) Make sure to touch knee to the ground each time.  This was to ensure good form and maximum effort was given with each rep.  This was not for speed. Sprint back to starting point when finished.

Partner up.

Round 1: P1 will run to 4th Light pole and back while P2 performs AMRAP Dips b/w cinder blocks.  Switch when P1 returns.

Round 2: P1 will run to 3rd Light pole and back while P2 performs AMRAP Big Boys with Cinder Block. Switch when P1 returns.

Round 3: P1 will run to 2nd Light pole and back while P2 performs AMRAP Squat Thrusters with Cinder Block.  Switch when P1 returns.

Round4: P1 will farmers carry walk w/ cinder blocks to Light pole 1 and back while P2 performs AMRAP Burpees. Switch when P1 returns.  This was such a hit, we decided to rinse and repeat for a 5th and final round!!

Put up cinder blocks and mosey over to Hot Tub Hill.

Indian Run around Hot Tub Hill for 5 Laps.  Stopping at the end of each lap to perform designated exercise. This is where one poor soul will always get stuck with the dreaded curve at the bottom of the hill, as you make your way to the front of the line and start to fun up hill.  Smoker, if you are the un lucky one!

Lap 1: 10 Burpees

Lap 2: 20 Merkins

Lap 3: 30 Squats

Lap 4: 40 LBCs

Lap 5: 50 Flutter Kicks

Mosey back across the street and circle up by Flag.

D2 = Carolina Dry Docks x 20 IC

D3 = Hill Billies x 20 IC

D4 = Bear Crawl 20 yards and Crab Walk back!
