The Thang:
Mosey over to front of school for warmup:
Sidestraddle Hops x 20; Imperial Walker x 20; Little Baby Arm Circles x 30 (15 forward, 15 back); overhead claps x 15; Windmills x 20; Squats x 20.
Mosey over to the cage & get out the big tires – Teddy struggles with organizing teams of 4 per big tire (one team of three).
Team relay – each team cycled through flipping the tire with 20 merkins until the tires travelled @ 100 yards.
Circle Up – flutter kicks x 20, LBC x 20, Russian Twists x 20
Mosey to edge of tennis courts, line up along culvert
Bear crawl up hill, crab walk down; repeat for 10 reps
mosey back toward tires
Circle Up – flutter kicks x 20, LBC x 20, Russian Twists x 10
Teams regroup and flip tires 100 yds back, teams alternating between flipping and burpees
Put tires back in cage
Circle Up – flutter kicks x 20, LBC x 20, Russian Twists x 15
Mosey back to COT
