6 #StumbleProof pax rejected the holiday #Fartsack and earned their coffee after 4.7 miles on the mean hills of East Columbia.

  • Olde Knight > Chambly > Queens Way > Old Woodlands > Garners Ferry > Pelham
  • Indian run uphill past #UncleBob through the Woodhill parking lot to the top of #MOM at Garners Ferry
  • Mosey down Garners Ferry & Pelham
  • Rinse and repeat for lap 2
  • At the top of #MOM, left on Garners Ferry to the bottom of #WoodhillCircle
  • Indian run uphill around #WoodhillCircle
  • Rinse and repeat for lap 2

Moleskine:

  • An Indian run with a run group is an entirely different beast than with a bootcamp–especially with only 4 pax. It keeps all the pax together (#2ndF) and everyone gets some speedwork in (#1stF). Try it sometime if you haven’t before.
  • Holy Poker and Heist chose not to break #MAF and ran the route straight through minus the Indian running. The other 4 pax stayed together and #WorkWasDone.
  • 5 of 6 made it to the #Coffeeteria convergence at Eggs Up where #2ndF was had.
