Spring has arrived COP

The Pax (11) showed up for a glorious morning to receive a break from the chilly weather to find the best weather for pushing the rock, 62 and clear. Only to find out of course we will be back in the 30s Friday. Oh well, it only hurts for a little while.

The Thang: Beamer had the Q after missing a couple weeks with Lasik and an illness. The Pax “looked” wonderful and I even saw a couple new faces since my last visit, OBC and Cherry Garcia. Its always good when new faces arrive.

We mozy around the first island (my term for the medians but island just sounds better) and back to the brick pile to retrieve two bricks and one block. Since the kids have been talking Dr Seuss all week at school, all I could think was more Bricks and Blocks Sir!!

The purpose of the COP today is to start from the top and work our way down to make sure we have worked our whole body.
