9 PAX missed the Crazy Train, so a trip to Scramble would have to do. YHC offered multiple mileage options for whatever type of workout the PAX were looking for.

The Thang:
Leave AO and head up Lakeshore Dr. Take a left onto Eastshore. For 4 miles, take a left onto Shorebrook and follow that to Spring Lake Rd, taking it back to Trenholm and AO. For 5 miles, continue up Eastshore and take a left on Rockbridge. Climb the hill, take a left on Trenholm and back to AO. For 5.75 miles cross Trenholm and take Sylvan all the way back around to Trenholm and back to AO.
