It was a nice cool morning to be out in the gloom, and the nine men who showed up for Score gave great effort.

Jog to the front of Dreher and circle up:

Captain Thor – recent new exercise introduced to PAX – do 1 Big Boy Situp and then 4 American Hammers (formerly known as Russian Twist)  x15 OYO

Decline merkins on the front steps x15 OYO

High Knees x25 IC

Squats x25 IC

Jog to tree line in front of school and explain the Bearpee: Everyone bear crawls to the first tree, and does 5 Burpees; then bear crawl to the next tree and do 5 Burpees. Continue until get to the end of the tree line, then jog back and do flutters until 6 arrives. (for full disclosure, was planning to do two rounds of this, but could barely breath after doing one round, so decided to move on).

Jog to the wall and do peoples chair with various arm raising exercises for one minute
