Lots of men decided to fartsack today, but enjoyed the five men who came out to do a little work this morning. The theme for the day was to honor one of our Score heroes… our own Nails. In honor of Nails, we did a modified zipper, that included more running than most cared for.

Mosey onto Daly for explanation of modified zipper. We will run down Daly and turn at each road, run to next stop sign and do a set of exercises, as follows:
Right on Devereaux and run to corner of Princeton and do 15 Big Boy situps, 15 Flutter kicks, 15 Hello Dollys
Run back to Daly and do 15 Squats and 15 High Knees
Run up to Kline, turn left and run to corner of Butler and do 15 Plank jacks, 15 Mountain Climbers, 15 Merkins
Run back to Daly and do 15 Squats and 15 High Knees
Run to Kline on the right, and run to corner of Princeton and again do 15 Big Boy situps, 15 Flutter kicks, 15 Hello Dollys
Run back to Daly and do 15 Squats and 15 High Knees
Run to Pickett on the left, and run to corner of Butler and again do 15 Plank jacks, 15 Mountain Climbers, 15 Merkins

Mosey back down Daly and stop at each road, and do one exercise from the set we did on that road, so stopping at Murray, Kline, and Devereaux, do 10 reps of either Big Boy situps, Flutter kicks, or Hello Dollys. Stopping at Pickett and Kline, do 10 reps of either Plank jacks, Mountain Climbers, or Merkins. Also, stop at each speed bump and do 3 burpees.
