- Mosey to baseball field; 3 rounds of 10 reps each: derkins, pull ups, box jump.
- Bataan march to football field, rotate thru: sled drags (or push da rope if it fits you), Cusaks with CMU, Lt Dans, hand release burpees, squats with CMU, tire flips, blockees, mix in some abs for “breaks”
Mosey to tennis courts: 5x 3-stop shuttles with a pax selected Ab after each.
