Follow the Q to Emily Douglas park, partner up and retrieve one block per partnership. Line up at the field for Dora work.
Partner one begins the work while partner 2 runs to the other side of the field and back before passing off.
Round 1:
100 Curls
200 Squats
300 Bench Press
Round 2:
100 Bench Press
200 Curls
300 Squats (that was too many)
Put up the blocks and meet at the amphitheater for a merkin trail:
10 at the amphitheater
10 at the park entrance
10 at the first parking lot entrance to Hand
10 at the second parking lot entrance to Hand
