4 Pax post at #Blitz this morning in the #gloom and were reminded of YHC’s prior night tweet…”#Blitz mode in full effect. Pack lightly…we’ll be movin’!” This was of course in response to a question about bringing a ruck to the workout. YHC has nothing against a good ol’ fashion ruck #beatdown but this morning was all about getting your heart rate up and keep moving. Smaller rep counts and multiple stations. And oh yeah…a little 1 MI mid-point run to keep things fresh. At one point in today’s workout the question was posed “Is this #Ramble?” but YHC can promise he doesn’t have #ramblecredentials and took that as a compliment!
