Fresh off of chasing Furlough, Paperboy and the #Ramble PAX at the MGC Long Run on Saturday, YHC emerged from the #Fartsack looking for a free and easy way to shake out the legs. After our AOQ put the kibosh on a trip to Rutland Court this this morning, YHC thought a nice loop around Forest Acres was in order. T-Claps to the PAX, who were willing to put in some work this morning in order to #GetBetter.

• Great work by the PAX this AM. Turtle and Furlough led with way and really separated themselves once the PAX turned left onto Trenholm Road.
• T-Claps to Gaston for getting back it after his 10k PR at the MGC Long Run on Saturday. Belle continues to show that she is in the best shape of any mammal (dog and man) who posts at #Scramble as she returned from the 4 mile loop this AM without even breaking a sweat.
